A remote, unique resort, Kakslauttanen is where you can experience the best thrill-seeking activities while exploring the enchanting scenery of Finland.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to visit Santa in Lapland and spend a Christmas in a magical winter wonderland? Well, we have the perfect package that gives you the opportunity to experience the best that Finland has to offer.

Experience staying in the most unique accommodation. A reindeer sleigh ride searching for the northern lights and an exclusive visit to Santa’s home! A three-night holiday doesn’t get much more exciting than a trip to Kakslauttanen.

Day 1

Return flights from Heathrow/Manchester via Helsinki to Ivalo
Transfer from Ivalo airport to Kakslauttanen (approx. 30 minutes)
Check into Log Cabin
Evening meal

Day 2

Breakfast
2-hour Husky safari – After a quick driving lesson from your guide, you’ll set off through the snowy forest—one guest driving the sled, the other relaxing in the sleigh, with a chance to switch halfway. Enjoy the ride and the stunning winter landscape before returning to the farm for a warm drink and some heartwarming husky stories. Ride time is approximately 1 hour.
Evening meal
2-hour Searching for the Northern Lights by reindeer sleigh – Enjoy a magical reindeer sleigh ride through the silent Arctic Forest. Wrapped in warm blankets, glide under the night sky with a chance to see the Northern Lights. Stop by an open fire for hot berry juice and stories about reindeer life in Lapland.

Check into Aurora Cabin
5-hour Visit to Santa’s home – Meet Mrs. Claus by the reindeer fence and step into Santa’s charming home, where Christmas lives all year round. Share a magical moment with Santa Claus—perfect for unforgettable photos. Then, head to the beautifully decorated Celebration House for a warm drink and maybe a glimpse of reindeer along the way!
