Northern Lights Village Levi is a magical way to experience the wintry star-filled sky and the Northern Lights, while lying comfortably in your warm bed. The laser-heated glass-roof of the Aurora Cabin opens up into the northern sky directly above the bed with all of the Aurora Cabins being lined by uninhabited fells and forests. In addition to the fantastic activities available at this resort there is first hand service in the restaurant where they specialize in serving local Lappish ingredients. Our package is perfect for you if you are after an unforgettable Arctic experience without sacrificing on luxury.

Day 1: Welcome to Northern Lights Village, Levi

Return direct flights from Gatwick to Kittila (indirect flights available from Heathrow and Manchester)
Transfer from Kittila airport to Levi Northern Lights Village (approx. 30 minutes)
Check into accommodation
Evening meal

Day 2: Husky Safari & Aurora Hunting by Snowmobile

Breakfast
2-hour Husky safari – Driving a husky team across the snowy fells is a must in Lapland. Feel the thrill as the eager dogs race through the forest, gliding over untouched snow. Starting from an Aurora hut, this fast-paced safari takes you deep into Levi’s winter wilderness—just call out “Mush!” and let the adventure begin.
Evening meal
3-hour Aurora hunting by snowmobile – Ride a snowmobile through the quiet, snow-covered forest to the top of a fell, far from light pollution. There, warm up by the fire with an evening snack and hot drinks as you watch the sky for the first flare of the Northern Lights. Capture magical photos or simply take in the moment. Our new, easy-to-use snowmobiles are shared between two people, or you can ride in a guide-towed sleigh for a fully relaxed experience.

Day 3: Reindeer Day

Breakfast
2.5-hour Reindeer Day with lunch – What does a reindeer eat in the forest in the wintertime? What does a reindeer’s muzzle feel like? How does a reindeer survive outside in -45 degrees centigrade? It is time to find out! Thoroughly explore the Northern Lights Village’s reindeer paddock. You get to meet with a reindeer breeder who will inform you about the reindeer and the Sami. And, of course, you also get to feed the reindeer and enjoy a reindeer sleigh
