3 hour E-Fatbike Tour
Join us on a scenic biking adventure through the breathtaking landscapes of Urho Kekkonen National Park and its surroundings. Ride along well-maintained trails, passing through the enchanting Lappish taiga forests and rolling hills. During the trip, we’ll take a break to enjoy a light snack amidst nature. We recommend bringing your own water bottle and wearing sturdy shoes for a comfortable ride. Suitable for ages 14 and up.
1 hour River Sauna and Ice Swimming Experience
Experience ultimate relaxation with our exclusive private sauna, where serenity meets the breathtaking beauty of Lapland. Enjoy a one-hour private session in an electric sauna, set within a historic smoked sauna building on the riverbank. This tranquil retreat offers the perfect escape to unwind in solitude. After your sauna session, immerse yourself in the invigorating ice hole of the river. The contrast between the soothing heat and the refreshing cold will leave you feeling completely rejuvenated, both body and soul.
2 hour Cross-Country Skiing
In the old times, cross country skiing used to be the most common method of transportation, and all Finns have this skill in their blood. There is no more silent method to go through frozen and snowy sceneries than cross country skis. Guide will teach you how to use the skis, and once everyone’s got the hang of it, we will have a nice loop in the surrounding nature. We will be skiing with no hurry, stopping to take pictures and enjoy warm drinks on the way.
3 hour Husky Safari (driving time approx 1 hour)
Embark on an exciting ride as our energetic huskies pull your sled through the breathtaking winter landscapes of Lapland. Feel the rush of the dogs' enthusiasm as you glide through the tranquil, snow-covered wilderness. Each sled accommodates two guests—one mushing and the other seated in the sleigh. Halfway through, you'll switch places so both of you can experience the thrill of mushing firsthand.
For air travel, we recommend flying into Ivalo Airport. There are convenient flights available from the UK via Helsinki to Ivalo, as well as some direct routes. Finnair offers daily flights year-round. Once you arrive, we can arrange a transfer from Ivalo Airport to Muotka, approximately a 35-minute drive away.

Kindly note that Muotka operates as a cash-free establishment. The reception and sales office accept all major credit cards. However, the restaurant accepts all major credit cards except American Express.
Winter in northern Finland starts in November. During this season, temperatures can range from -10˚C to -25˚C, and on the coldest days, they can drop to as low as -40˚C. Weather conditions can vary each year, so it’s a good idea to check the forecast before your trip.
The best time to see the Northern Lights is from end of August to mid-April. With mid-January to mid-March typically being the best time in the winter season.
Children under 15 years old participating in snowmobile activities will sit on a sleigh pulled by the guides snowmobile.
When participating in any of our activities, it is important that you inform our guides about any health or kinematic issues beforehand. Our snowmobile and husky safaris are not recommended for pregnant women due to the vibrations of uneven tracks and the exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles. There is a small crash risk involved too, this is due to the speed, conditions, and type of activity. Please discuss with your doctor if you feel unsure about the activities you are taking part in.
Smoking is allowed outdoors. Smoking and vaping indoors is strictly forbidden and subject to a penalty of 1000EUR.
