Guests who have dietary requirements who are concerned about catering arrangements need not worry – all of our resorts can cater for your different needs.
On a recent trip to Sweden staying at Hotel Ripan and Ice Hotel, Amanda was concerned about her’s and her husbands requirements. Her husband does not eat fish and is only able to eat red meat, eggs, shelfish, potato’s and vegetables, In addition to these requirements, Amanda is gluten free.
We were able to speak with the different resorts in Sweden where the guests were staying to ensure their dietary requirements were met on the trip. Amanda was really surprised we were able to ensure all her trips – even those out to the wilderness – catered for her requirements. Our guides sourced gluten free bread and handmade appropriate soups during the tours. At the hotels, Amanda and her husband were delighted by the gluten free and dietary specific food options which were available to them.
In addition to Amanda, we had a group of four travellers from Nairobi who were all strict vegetarians and staying at the Glass Igloo Resort Finland. The resort were able to cater to their dietary requirements both whilst at the resort and whilst our doing their tours. Ensuring that suitable meat free meals were readily available and the guests strict meat free diets were not compromised.
