At Travelbee LTD / Arctic Direct, we are committed to protecting your privacy and as such follow strict procedures for storing and using your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the personal information you provide to us (online, via phone, text, email, letters or other correspondence) when you use Travelbee LTD / Arctic Direct products and services, why we collect it and how we use it to improve your experience. It applies to:

- people using our services, e.g. booking holidays over the phone/via email, requesting quotes, subscribing for updates and so on.
This refers to information that identifies you as an individual. We only collect personal information such as name, address, telephone number and email when you contact us by telephone or email or use a form on our website e.g. enquiry, quote request, order a brochure, sign up to our enewsletter or register for events and/or competitions. This information is used to help us provide you with the services you have requested. We also store and use your personal data for future marketing purposes such as sending you brochures or other material about similar products that may be of interest based on the preferences/interests you have expressed. You can opt out of receiving such communications from us at any time.
GDPR & Your Privacy – We comply with the GDPR and your data is held in accordance with GDPR legislation. On making an enquiry you can opt in to receive marketing communications if you wish until you tell us you do not want to receive our emails. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time. If you have made an enquiry, our sales team will follow up your enquiry with email / phone call communications. Follow ups to you from our sales agents are not marketing emails, they are following up on your original enquiry. We do not spam or cold call.
If you book a holiday with us, for the purposes of booking we will collect your name, postal address, email and contact number. If you have told us you have any special requirements such as mobility issues or specific dietary needs we also need to record this information and may need to share it with the airline and/or resort to ensure your safety. There may be occasions, for example in the event of a flight delay, where we need to share your contact number with our suppliers in order to directly rearrange with you a revised transfer, activities or so on. Where possible we will communicate this to you however this may not always be possible. This is done in line with the resorts’ / suppliers’ own privacy policies which are available on request. We will hold your booking details up to, during and following your trip for a period of up to 24 months after your return unless requested otherwise.

How to opt-out or ask for your data to be removed? You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by contacting via the following methods.
1. Email us at info@travelbee.co.uk providing your full name, address and postcode and the email address which you would have originally used.

3. You can also be removed from our email marketing database by clicking the Unsubscribe link located in the footer of all marketing email communications from us.
Removal requests will be made promptly upon receipt.
We do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information.
We continually strive to improve your experience on our website. We use Google Analytics to collect information on how our website is being used. The data is collected using cookies but does not personally identify you. Email marketing: Recipients of our enewsletters may be tracked regarding areas they click on within the email. This helps us to serve you more timely future communications, better tailored to your interests. Online surveys. Our occasional email surveys ask visitors for demographic information (like their postal code, age, or holiday budget). Visitors may opt-out of receiving future survey mailings; see the opt out section below. This demographic and profile data is used to provide aggregate customers profiles to our marketing partners and to help us create a better service.
Online competitions. We occasionally run competitions on our site. Entrants are asked to supply contact information, which is used to inform about competition updates such as notification of winners. Entrants details are added to our mailing list to be used for future communications. You may opt-out at any time.
