I have been part of the team at Arctic Direct since 2022 and, during that time, have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge about the Arctic while helping customers plan their bucket-list adventures. My role involves supporting both our team and our guests, taking care of the important details that turn a great holiday into a truly memorable experience.

From travel documentation and booking information to general advice and guidance, I’m here to make the process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. I understand that arranging a special trip often comes with plenty of questions, and I’m always on hand to help provide reassurance and support along the way.

Having travelled to the Arctic myself, I know just how magical this part of the world can be. Because of that personal experience, I also understand how much the small details matter when preparing for such a unique adventure.
