The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has updated the travel advice for Sweden with an update to the Summary and Terrorism section – updated information and advice on the threat from terrorism in Sweden, reflecting an increased threat.  The relevant extract of the advice is below for your reference:

Terrorists are very likely to try to carry out attacks in Sweden. You should remain vigilant and follow the advice of local authorities. See Terrorism.

Terrorism
Terrorists are very likely to try to carry out attacks in Sweden. Attacks could be indiscriminate, including in places visited by foreigners.
There’s a heightened threat of terrorist attack globally against UK interests and British nationals from groups or individuals motivated by the conflict in Iraq and Syria. You should be vigilant at this time.
