Arctic Direct is aware that Monarch Travel Group has, regrettably, ceased trading with immediate effect.
Monarch Travel Group operated an airline business and several businesses that sold holidays and other travel arrangements, including Monarch Holidays Ltd.
As you can imagine we’re receiving lots of enquiries about the announced collapse of Monarch Travel Group, including Monarch Airlines, this morning at 4am.
The majority of our customers are booked on other airlines however we do have a small number of customers who will be affected by this. We are currently looking at the bookings which are affected and are working with ATOL and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and our suppliers to ascertain the least disruptive outcome, where possible, for our customers.
We are looking at each booking and prioritising those travelling soonest. As details are emerging please bear with us on this, if your booking is affected we will contact you in due course.
